LOOK at people

when they speak,

learn to LISTEN,

ASK questions

when you're unsure,

ALIGN your spine,

sit or stand straight,

FOCUS and

avoid all distractions

Attentiveness is the foundation to many other qualities. A person cannot be obedient until he/she learns to be attentive to authorities. A person cannot be responsible and orderly unless he/she gives attention to the condition of her work area. A person cannot be com passionate until he/she learns to listen. Therefore, attentiveness is a critical foundation for successful character development and success in life.
